Father Drescher Council and Court 120 were established on October 28, 1951 in San Francisco, California.

The Grand Knight of Council #120 is Brother Grant Stewart.

Our Court has a membership of 19 Ladies. We meet the first Sunday of each month at St Paul Of The Shipwreck, 1122 Jamestown Ave, San Francisco, CA 94124
